Poppie's sustainability journey
Poppies Cafe has been in business for over 40 years in the beautiful village of Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow. Always concerned about climate change, owner Peter Norton, decided to take matters into his own hands. From energy efficiency, to waste, to supporting local producers, Peter has brought sustainability into every part of Poppies’ operations. Their dedication to the environment and local community is evident, having received recognition as a finalist in the Green Awards for three years in a row (2018-2021).
