Peter has over 30 years experience working in the hospitality sector. He is the owner of the multi-award winning Poppies Café in Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow, which has been recognised by the SEAI for excellence in its sustainability and energy management. He has extensive experience in implementing robust sustainability strategies that drastically improve a business’s bottom line. Peter’s passion for sustainability is infectious and his belief that all businesses can make small changes that can have drastic impact.
